This writing studio was designed to kindle the creativity of an individual writer, sheltered by an illuminated yet intimate space. The interior is tethered to the nearby lake through a pivoting glass wall, which captures light from the water’s reflection. The structure was primarily built with materials salvaged from local construction sites and is humbly occupied with only a wood stove for use in winter.
