This is an ongoing research project in collaboration with Princeton University. We are developing proprietary hardware and actuation algorithms to maximize the usefulness of building exterior wall heat capacity. We build on insights gained from an in-situ study of an existing, malfunctioning ‘Trombe-wall’, and are working towards a tunable, scalable, and modular approach for use in new and existing structures.
