This building dates from the early twentieth century and once housed the Wetlands Preserved nightclub and activism center, founded by Larry Bloch to bring together music and socio-environmental activism. We were asked to redesign a unit while celebrating the construction history of the building. The renovation merges spaces through enfilades and sliding panels that foster myriad modes of hosting and socializing.
