Charlottesville Writing Studio
This writing studio was designed to
kindle the creativity of an individual writer, sheltered by an illuminated yet
intimate space. The interior is tethered to the nearby lake through a pivoting
glass wall, which captures light from the water’s reflection. The structure was
primarily built with materials salvaged from local construction sites and is
humbly occupied with only a wood stove for use in winter.
